Week 5 BCMoore Computer Rankings

sid-cam fb 090.JPG

The computer is pretty accurate, but its not perfect.  It expects teams to win by a certain margin based solely on the relative strengths of the two teams.  So choosing to not run up the margin of victory on a weaker opponent will be seen as an inability to do so rather than a choice not to do so.

I feel this hurt both Stanton and Fremont-MIlls this week despite their 56 and 54 point wins respectively..  So maybe the Corner Conference is a little underrepresented this week in the rankings but we still have three teams in the top 25.  Considering F-M played its first two games without a couple key players, it's fair to say they are likely better than their ranking at this point in the season.
